Getting to the airport
Thanks to a motorway network right on its doorstep, Luxembourg Airport is particularly easy to access from anywhere in the Grande Région.
- Less than 30km from Arlon (BE) via the A6 then the A1 motorway
- Less than 45km from Trier (GER) via the A1 motorway
- Less than 65 km from Metz (FR) via the A3 then the A1 motorway
You can, of course, also reach the airport by taxi or public transport.

In Luxembourg, you will find taxis at different taxi ranks throughout the city. Taxis are mainly obliged to set off from specially marked taxi ranks. These taxi ranks are mainly found in the city centre, at the station and at the airport.
You can also book a taxi from the company of your choice who will come to pick you up at your home or at the office before taking you to the airport.
