MyLuxair Terms of Use

1. These terms and conditions cover the use of MyLuxair provided by Luxair, Société Luxembourgeoise de Navigation Aérienne S.A. (Luxair), including the use of data gathered during the use of this service. By creating and using your MyLuxair and accepting these terms and conditions of use, Luxair considers that you are in agreement with these terms and conditions.
2. Registration and use of MyLuxair is free of charge for members. Only natural persons can register. You cannot create an account using false personal information.
3. You are responsible for making sure that your personal data is correct and up-to-date. This is important because your personal information will be used when you are booking tickets online on Luxair.
4. Please keep the password that you have chosen in a safe place. You are solely responsible for the use of your password.
5. Luxair does not guarantee that the website will function without interruption or error, or that faults will be immediately corrected. To the extent permitted by law, Luxair shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage that may be caused by using MyLuxair.
6. You can delete your account via email to internet@luxairgroup.lu or use the Contact Form on our website with a clear statement that you wish to delete your account. In addition, we will need your username, email used to create the account, phone number and birthdate in order to ensure a proper profile identification for deletion. Deletion of your account is permanent and cannot be undone. However you can always register again.
7. Luxair reserves the right to change the functionalities of MyLuxair or modify these terms and conditions. By continuing to use MyLuxair and the services associated with it, you are accepting the current terms of use. Members who do not accept the amendments may terminate their membership in accordance with article 6.
8. In the event of proven or suspected misuse of your MyLuxair’s account, Luxair can block the access to your MyLuxair. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Luxair harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including reasonable legal fees) related to your breach of these terms and conditions.
9. Luxair is committed to respect your privacy. For more information regarding the use and protection of your personal data, please read our Security and Privacy policy.
10. To the extent permissible by law, these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed with Luxembourg law.
11. Any provision in those terms and conditions that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability, without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof, and any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction. Any void or unenforceable provision shall be severed from those terms and conditions and replaced with a provision that most closely reflects the original intentions of the parties.
