The program applies exclusively for companies and associations existing under a legal entity that regularly travel with Luxair for work purposes. According to the travel volume reached, the company can enjoy attractive benefits and appealing services. Benefits can already be gained for an annual travel volume of 5000€. Conditions apply.

The program applies exclusively for companies and associations existing under a legal entity that regularly travel with Luxair for work purposes. Public entities, Purchasing cooperatives, Travel Agencies and Companies which are already members of another Luxair program are excluded from the Luxair Pro Program. Travel agencies cannot register, but are welcome, as supplying travel agency, to register their corporate accounts. Luxair reserves the right to refuse applications should these requirements not be fulfilled.

Luxair PRO will come into effect once the cooperation contract has been signed by both parties. For this purpose, the company needs to provide all required information about the participating company. Once the provided registration details on the company and on the contact person have been verified and approved by Luxair, we will confirm your participation into the program. Luxair reserves the right to refuse applications should the necessary requirements not be fulfilled.

In case no company register number is provided, Luxair will verify the application details provided and decide upon the approval of the participation into the program. 

Luxair PRO offers benefits according to your travel volume generated on Luxair flights. We have defined a travel volume scale which offers attractive benefits at each level. Luxair will take care of the quarterly evaluation and send you the benefits gained accordingly. Hence you will be able to perceive advantages up to 4 times per year. Rewards can already be gained for an annual travel volume of 5000€.

You are free to choose your preferred booking channel. Thus you can either book through your appointed travel agency or direct with Luxair trough a dedicated internet platform. Before starting the cooperation, Luxair asks you to choose your preferred booking channel. A combination of both booking channels is not possible. 

If you book through a travel agency, we kindly inform that only an IATA travel agency, able to issue air tickets, can be appointed. Plus the travel agency must be based in a country where Luxair is part of the BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan). When receiving your application for Luxair PRO, we will verify and inform you, if the supplying travel agency meets the above requirements.

All Luxair flights issued on a Luxair document (alpha code LG / starting with numeric code 149), booked under a Luxair flight number and used on a Luxair operated flights are considered. Code-share flights and “feeder” flights not issued on a Luxair document cannot be taken into account for Luxair PRO. Only the portion of the tickets which are flown on LG segment are considered. Airport taxes, surcharges nor fees are considered for the calculation of the travel volume.

The contact person will be our contact within your organization to discuss the loyalty program matters and to whom the benefits and any related communication will be sent. This person must be a staff of your company.

Yes, there is no restriction regarding the country where your company is based. If you book through a travel agency, we kindly inform that the travel agency must be located in a country where Luxair is part of the BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan). When applying for Luxair PRO, kindly indicate us in which country your supplying travel agency is settled in order for us to verify the eligibility. Only an IATA travel agency, able to issue air tickets, can be appointed. 
 

Luxair PRO is not combinable with any other Luxair commercial contract. But, as a fully integrated partner of Miles & More, you will continue to earn and redeem miles also in combination with the Luxair PRO Program. 

The contract has a validity of 1 (one) year and is tacitly renewed each year.
The company can terminate its participation at any time upon written notification to Luxair. 

Luxair will perform an evaluation of your travel volume achievement at the end of each quarter (31 March, 30 June, 30 September, 31 December). The benefits will be distributed accordingly and automatically by Luxair to the contact person of the participating company the following month of the quarterly evaluation. The benefits can then be redeemed within 1 (one) year.
