1) Cancellation insurance

Afraid an unforeseen event may force you to cancel or postpone your departure? With Cancellation insurance, we reimburse the cancellation fees on your ticket. We cover most events such as an illness or accident affecting you or a loved one, family or professional events (e.g. starting a new job), visa refusal, etc.

2) Cancellation & Luggage Insurance: insure your luggage with us.

Covers cancellation as above, plus up to €1,250 for loss, damage or theft of your luggage. Includes cameras and computers.

Important Information for passengers travelling to Dubai

Passengers flying to Dubai who haved booked AXA travel insurance should request an insurance certificate by email to: corporate@axa.lu
The passenger’s e-mail must mention :
o Name - First name
o Date of birth
o Duration of the trip
o Departure and return dates
o Mobile phone number
